From the Xenorama

Who they are.

The Honored use their Snohe Altars to promote faith in Snohe. They are somewhat xenophobic, especially to non-believers.

The Honored are a Reptilian society shaped by the discovery of the Snohe Altars. They were the first to discover and restore the Snohe Altar network, allowing them to Advertise over vast distances. Austere Honored customs have hampered their ability to produce Lodgings.
